Technical summary
The triangular delta-wing lifting body leverages vortex lift and distributed aerodynamic loading to efficiently convert translational energy into controlled rotational maneuvering forces during coordinated turns, reducing structural mass penalties while maintaining lift authority. The very narrow flight track is daunting within the quarter mile track. There is room to bleed off the extra inertia caused by the payload's added weight. The wing loading of the platform is designed to be optimal for forward flight and to bleed off energy, in line with the strategy used within the narrow flight path.
